Do you struggle with our emotions and moods? I do!!  I like that doTERRA has a collection of mood oils that I can use to support not only my body (because moods affect our bodies too) but also my heart and soul.

Every morning, as part of my routine, I check in with my emotions…my mood.  I use the above chart to pick which essential oil (or oils) would work best to help support my moods throughout my day.

  1. I think Serenity would be helpful for me as I have high blood pressure and need to be more calm and less anxious.

  2. I use citrus bliss, and balance! I’m going to school for massage therapy and it’s a pretty stressful part of my school work that I’m in right now. I use it to uplift and help me stay alert and focused throughout the day!

    I love using essential oils. I’ve just started using them to help with my RA, fibromylagia, and other issues. Loving it more and more every day.
