Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 T butter
- 1.5 cups cooked, mashed sweet potato
- milk- if the dough is still too dry to come together
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse in butter.
- Add sweet potato and pulse until the mixture becomes a ball.
- Add in milk, if needed.
- Roll into balls for medium size rolls.
- Bake for 10 min at 425.
